Terms & Conditions


Prices may be amended periodically. Payment must be made in Sterling. All prices include VAT. Payment must be paid in full before test kits are issued. On receipt of payment, Allergy Health Testing will send out a confirmation email. 


Test kits will be sent out by First Class Royal Mail within 5 working days of receipt of payment. No times will be allocated for delivery. There is no shipping charge for test kits to be sent to you. It is your responsibility to check the test kit on arrival and notify us within 7 days of any damage. If we do not hear from you, will be take this as acceptance of undamaged goods. 


Allergy Health Testing offers full refund of the purchase price of any test kit if not used and undamaged within 30 days of receipt of kit. This does not include postage charges and the refund will be given upon return of the test kit. Once the test is used or sample sent back to the lab, no refund will be given. 

Payment Methods


Once the samples are received by the labs, depending on the test, there are varying time scales of delivery of results. Please see the information on the particular test. Allergy Health Testing will email you your results within 2 working days of receipt from the labs. 


Allergy Health Testing reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to periodically review the terms and conditions. In purchasing a Test Kit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and agreeing not to sell the Test Kits outside of the UK.
